My friend Barbs (BJ in my book) told me about this fabulous quick and yummy bread to make.  Her Sister Judy gave her the receipe and I made it the other day – It actually turned all good for me – in the past my baking has had a few hiccups but I am now back on track 🙂    Oh, one thing I did not do to my loaf was cut down the middle before I popped it in the oven, will next time though 🙂


  • 3 cups Self Raising Flour
  • 2 cups Natural Yoghurt
  • 1 packet of Onion Soup

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix until a dough

Pat out on a tray

Brush olive oil over the top and spread over 2 tsp of crush garlic with 1/2 tsp of rock salt

or spread over tomatoes and basil

Then make a cut through the middle of the loaf

Cook for 20 – 25 minutes on 180 deg C
